Windows 11 变慢:2026 年 12 个真正加速的方法

A fresh Windows 11 install is fast. Six months later the same PC drags. Startup takes 90 seconds. Explorer stalls. These 12 fixes come from actual testing — not from generic tips lists that tell you to 'defragment your SSD'.

Fix 1–3: Startup programs are the biggest culprit

Open Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc), click the Startup apps tab and sort by Startup impact. Disable everything marked High impact that you do not need immediately at boot. Steam, Discord, Spotify, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, Skype, your GPU manufacturer's overlay software — all of these add seconds to every boot. CCleaner's startup tab shows additional startup entries that Task Manager misses, including browser extensions that load at startup and scheduled tasks.

The expected gain from disabling 4–6 heavy startup programs is 20–45 seconds off boot time on a typical mid-range PC. The programs themselves still work when you open them — they just do not pre-load before you need them. On a machine with 8 GB of RAM, removing startup programs also frees 400–800 MB of RAM that would otherwise be occupied before you open a single application.

Fix 3 is targeting OneDrive specifically. If you do not use OneDrive for sync, disable it from startup entirely. It consumes CPU during file index passes even when you are not actively syncing. Right-click the OneDrive tray icon → Settings → Account → Unlink this PC, then remove it from startup. You can re-link it when needed.

  • Task Manager → Startup apps → disable High impact items
  • CCleaner startup tab catches browser extensions and scheduled task startups
  • Steam, Discord, Spotify are the most common slow-boot offenders
  • OneDrive: unlink from PC if not actively used for sync

Fix 4–6: Storage and temp files

Windows Settings → System → Storage → Storage Sense shows how much space is used by temporary files, the Recycle Bin and Delivery Optimization cache. Delivery Optimization keeps copies of Windows Update packages to share with other PCs on your network — on a laptop this cache can grow to several gigabytes without any benefit. Turn on Storage Sense and set it to run monthly.

The Windows component store (WinSxS directory) accumulates old update packages over time. Running the DISM command cleans it safely: open an elevated command prompt and run dism /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup. This can reclaim 1–5 GB depending on how long the system has been running without cleanup. It takes 5–15 minutes and requires a reboot.

Fix 6 targets the Windows Update download cache. The folder C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download holds update packages that have already been installed. Stop the Windows Update service (services.msc), delete the contents of that folder, then restart the service. This is safe — Windows will redownload any needed updates from scratch.

Fix 7–9: Power plan and visual effects

Open Control Panel → Power Options. If your PC is on Balanced, it is correct for most cases. If you see Power Saver, switch to Balanced immediately — Power Saver throttles the CPU clock even when you need full speed. On a desktop with adequate cooling, High Performance gives a small but consistent reduction in latency. Laptops should stay on Balanced to preserve battery.

Visual effects are a significant factor on older hardware. Right-click Start → System → Advanced system settings → Advanced tab → Performance Settings. Select Adjust for best performance, then manually re-enable Smooth edges of screen fonts and Show thumbnails instead of icons. This eliminates the animated transitions that slow Explorer and window management while keeping readable text and image previews.

Fix 9 is Hardware-accelerated GPU Scheduling. In Windows Settings → System → Display → Graphics → Change default graphics settings, enable Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling if you have an NVIDIA GeForce 10xx or newer, or AMD RDNA. This moves frame scheduling from the CPU to the GPU driver, reducing latency in games and GPU-heavy applications. It requires a reboot.

  • Power plan: Balanced or High Performance — never Power Saver
  • Performance Options: Adjust for best performance, keep font smoothing and thumbnails
  • Hardware GPU scheduling: on for NVIDIA 10xx+ and AMD RDNA+

Fix 10–12: Drivers and updates

Outdated GPU drivers are a common cause of Windows 11 slowdowns that look like Windows problems. Windows Update installs a Microsoft-certified version of GPU drivers that is often 6–12 months behind the vendor's current release. Download the current driver directly from NVIDIA, AMD or Intel's website and install it over the Windows-provided version. The difference in GPU performance and stability can be substantial.

Fix 11 targets driver scanning. Driver Booster and Driver Easy both have free tiers that scan installed drivers and flag outdated ones. The most impactful updates to prioritize: GPU driver (biggest effect), chipset driver (stability), network adapter driver (if you have random disconnects) and audio driver (if you have crackling). Avoid bulk-updating obscure device drivers without research — some manufacturer drivers are intentionally pinned to old versions.

Fix 12 is disabling Windows Search indexing on small SSDs. If your system drive is 256 GB or smaller and nearly full, the Search indexer actively slows drive performance as it updates. Open services.msc, find Windows Search, change startup type to Manual and stop the service. The search bar still works but searches the drive in real time instead of a cached index — on an SSD the speed difference is negligible.
